Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, so if for any reason you wish to return your product, please email us  at returns@inevitable.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as we possibly can.

You may return your item/s within 30 working days of receipt if you change your mind or if it not suitable.  Item/s returned must be in their original unused and saleable condition.  A refund, exchange, or credit can be provided. 

Faulty/Damaged Items

If your item/s are damaged or faulty upon receipt please contact us within 48 hours at returns@inevitable.co.uk and include your order number and contact details.  We will advise you further and offer a refund or replacement as soon as possible.   We will cover return postage costs on faulty items returned to us via second class post, or collected via our courier.

If a fault occurs within 30 days after you receive the item, we will replace or offer an exchange or refund.
